LED Matrix Laptop Case
Here is quick video of the matrix in action! The FFT for the equalizer is a bit noisy, which I've got some ideas about for how to fix, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
The cover is made to stand up so one can put their laptop behind it, and also fold up for ease of travel.
The case is made out of a combination of carbon fiber and laser cut acrylic, making it sturdy and lightweight.
The matrix is composed of several Adafruit Matrices which are driven via the super fast Arduino Due and the library I put together that you can find right here.

There is still so much more to do! Cleaning up the mic signal, probably some sort of high pass filter to deal with the bass overload, possibly porting to a Raspberry Pi.
